Use of the Service

SmartFlow provides software development services and may operate SaaS products for analytics dashboards, CRM integrations, attribution tracking, Meta Ads reporting and automation workflows. The service is intended for businesses, marketing teams and agencies that have lawful rights to connect the advertising accounts, CRM systems and messaging channels they use.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right and required permissions to connect advertising accounts, CRM systems, WhatsApp lead sources and other third-party platforms. Customers must not connect accounts or data sources that they do not own or are not authorized to manage.

Third-Party Data

The service may display advertising and CRM analytics based on data received from third-party platforms such as Meta Ads and amoCRM. The accuracy and availability of such data may depend on those third-party platforms and the permissions granted by the customer.

Restrictions

Customers must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, connect unlawful data sources or use the service in a way that violates applicable laws, platform policies or third-party rights. We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

No Absolute Attribution Guarantee

Attribution and analytics reports are provided for business analysis. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability of attribution data because results may depend on third-party APIs, tracking setup, customer permissions, CRM data quality and platform availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or perfect data accuracy.

Termination

Customers may stop using the service at any time and may disconnect integrations from the dashboard where available. SmartFlow may suspend or terminate access if a customer violates these terms or if continued access creates legal, security or operational risk.
