SmartFlow is a software development company that builds SaaS products, CRM integrations, marketing analytics and automation tools for businesses, marketing teams and agencies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and delete data when customers use our services and integrations.

Data We Collect

We may collect and process the following categories of data:

• User account data, including name, email address, company name and account settings.
• Integration data, including Meta Ads account IDs, campaign IDs and names, ad set IDs and names, ad IDs and names, and creative metadata.
• Advertising metrics, including spend, impressions, clicks, CPC, CPM, CTR and other performance insights available through the Meta Marketing API.
• CRM data, including lead IDs, deal IDs, contact data, timestamps, statuses, message metadata and tracking codes.
• Technical data, including IP address, user agent, diagnostic logs, security logs and service usage events.

How We Use Data

We use data to provide analytics dashboards, advertising attribution, campaign reporting, CRM matching, technical support, service security and product improvement. Meta data is used only to display advertising analytics inside our service for the customer who connected the relevant ad account.

Meta Ads Data

When a customer connects their Meta Ads account, we may access advertising account data such as ad account ID, campaign IDs and names, ad set IDs and names, ad IDs and names, creative metadata, impressions, clicks, spend, CPC, CPM, CTR and other performance metrics available through the Meta Marketing API. We use this data only to provide advertising analytics, attribution reporting, and campaign performance dashboards inside our service. We do not sell Meta Ads data.

CRM and Messaging Data

We may process CRM lead data, contact data, lead timestamps, deal status, message metadata and tracking codes in order to match advertising clicks with leads and deals.

Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell user data, Meta Ads data or CRM data. We may use trusted infrastructure and service providers to host, secure and operate the service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Data Retention

We retain customer data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security and support legitimate business operations. Integration data may be deleted or anonymized after the customer disconnects an integration or requests deletion, unless retention is required by law or for security, billing or compliance purposes.
