Data Deletion Instructions

To Request Deletion

1. Disconnect connected integrations inside the service dashboard, if available.
2. Send an email to baizhanov.alsalim03@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
3. Include your account email, company name, and connected business or ad account name.
4. We will delete or anonymize applicable personal and integration data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate security, billing, or compliance purposes.

Data That May Be Deleted

• user profile data
• Meta Ads connection tokens
• connected ad account data
• campaign, ad set, ad, creative and insights data
• CRM integration data
• tracking click data
• lead matching data

Data That May Be Retained When Required

• billing records
• security logs
• legal compliance records
• aggregated anonymous analytics
